Solv engineering has identified a way to help the Experity automation become more stable. The fix is being implemented and we are seeing improvements in transfers.

Solv is currently detecting a slowdown within the Experity system, which is impacting Experity load times and the Solv automation. As a result, transfer appointment times from Solv to Experity are running slower than normal. Solv engineering is actively working on improving the integration stability.
